Getting Back to it


Did a workout today after taking a week off of organised exercise. I felt that I really needed a break as I was extremely achy and my mind just wasn't in it. Usually I would work through it because I know that exercising makes me feel so much better but this time I just decided to take a complete break. It felt so good to get back in to it though and I do not regret the week off one bit. It is what I personally needed in order to refocus and get myself back on track. Now I am back and much more motivated :)
