It was a struggle to get started... again I had to trickle into Day9 (rest day) but I feel so accomplished!!! I've been struggling with sleeping due to a very stiff neck and chest pain, but only while I'm laying down so I've been sleeping when I feel tired - usually around 6:30 or 7pm, then I'm up until very late/whenever I can force myself to work out. Grab a few zzzz's then back to work and the cycle continues. The extra stretching did wonders- So thankful!! Thanks again K&D - hope everyone is staying on top of their workouts! Have a great night!!
