back after over a month!

Just completed Day 1 of FB Plus Abs Challenge. I had a great habit going for quite a while, but our move back in April really threw me off more than I anticipated. I tried to keep up with some fairly short workouts just to keep moving, but with unpacking, house hunting and apartment guests (already!), life just got in the way and I stopped making time for it.

I'm super excited to get this challenge started. I missed my workout habit and I already feel 100x better getting this workout complete!
