WORKOUT COMPLETE & I lifted heavier than usual again!

First workout was bodyweight, and the extra credit had weights so I challenged myself to use heavier weights in some of the exercises, like chest flies. I usually do 15 maximum for chest flies, but I did 18 today. I am getting stronger a little bit each time I work out! When I started exercising I was 110 pounds soaking wet. Now I am 125 but still somehow look thin overall - just have more muscle.
