Burn Round 1, Week 1 ✅

I’ve loved Burn so far! It’s very similar to Sweat, which I loved!

I’m enjoying trying some workouts I’ve never done before. I’d fallen into choosing the same ones over again, and programs really help me with balance and variety. It’s fun to look at each workout as an experiment where I can meet myself where I’m at, and learn more about what I do and don’t like to do with my body. It’s an invitation to listen to my body, which I sometimes struggle to do because I give my mind a pretty loud voice at times.

My intention is to, over the summer, do all 10 weeks of Burn programming that exist! (We’ll see as I go along what serves me best!)

Tomorrow morning I may grab a coffee and head over to the beach for bit. Recovery mode ❤️💕
