Are quick 10-20 minute workouts really that effective?

So I live a really busy life, my schedule doesn't allow me to workout for 40+min. Some days even doing 30 min workouts is difficult. The last couple months I have been just sticking to quick workouts, 20 min at most, 4-6 days a week (depending on the week)

I've noticed a difference in my strength and have lost a few pounds. I realize something small will always be better than nothing at all. But I question if this is really going to be enough in the long run to get fit and strong, since that's my goal.

Any thoughts, opinions, advice??

Edit: I realize I'm probably overthinking this 😔 but just want to feel like I'm doing enough for myself ya know?
