How to wake up early?

Hey, guys :)

My sleep schedule has been TERRIBLE over the last couple of years. I still sleep 8-9 hours and get restful/good quality sleep but I go to bed SO late!

Sometimes I go to bed at 5/6 AM. I’m just getting sick of this and feel like I’m “sleeping my life away” cause I wake up late.

I’ve tried making changes and those last a week or two and then it’s back to this terrible schedule. I truly want to change! Any effective tips/advice? :)
