NSVs

I'm so excited to be seeing some NSVs! Even though my scale hasn't changed much, I can tell that I'm getting stronger and HIIT isn't as brutal for me any more.

My core has always been very weak, so I have pretty much always stuck to side hip dips off of my knees rather than my feet. A couple weeks ago I decided to push myself and do some off of my feet instead. I was able to do 4 on each side before having to switch back to my knees. Yesterday in my workout I tried it again and was able to do 12 on each side before having to switch back to my knees.

It doesn't sound like much, but I was happy to see that I'm improving and getting stronger. My goal is to be able to go a whole interval without having to switch to my knees.
