Just wanted to flag a couple of fantastic older FB workouts that I recently rediscovered, really enjoy and find super effective. Both are low impact total body workouts, require no equipment and can be done quite quietly (good hotel room workouts):
They both have two rounds - sometimes I do just one round, other times two, depending on the day. For me these workouts are very challenging but even for those who enjoy the toughest FB workouts, I think they could provide a good rest day option.
If you haven’t done so already, and are looking for an effective, quiet, low impact workout, highly recommend that you give these classics a try.
