Suggestion for workout when bloated?

I recently had a simple medical procedure and am experiencing some intense bloating as a result (known side effect). It's made it hard for me to work out, even though I have the energy and motivation (and yes, dr said it's perfectly safe for me to do so).

Can anyone suggest specific workout videos that are bloat-friendly? I'm sure some of the yoga-inspired ones would be great, but would love to get suggestions from other formats too, as long as they are easy on a bloated tummy.
