Removing alternate workouts?

Some of the programs I use have a shorter bonus workout, or easier option/alternate workout. Is there a way to remove them without marking them complete? Often I do them, and then mark them complete, of course, but sometimes I just do the main workout or tougher option and I want the alternate off my calendar and dashboard, but I don't like marking them complete if I didn't actually do them because I don't want them to make my stats inaccurate.
