Injury

I’m finding it so hard to get my mind right at the moment , I injured myself at work with a bad fall seven weeks ago , I was in such a good mind set and I was so happy where my fitness was at , now I’m trying to get back into things but my injury has other ideas 😥, my exercise is so important for my mental health , I’m managing walking so I guess that’s a positive! Im trying to take day by day , not working doesn’t help , so then there’s the not being in the right mind set to even look for a job 😩
