Just a little progress being made.

I was feeling a bit crummy about my body yesterday. I decided to find a picture from a few months ago and compare. Wow! I definitely see it in my face. I have been doing 2 rounds of FB Burn and I am currently doing FB Strong. I have been doing Fitness Blender workout for a few years now off and on with success. I had a terrible 2016-2017 health-wise, mentally and physically, and completely lost control. Now I am back on it. Not just with the workouts but eating better too. It seems to be working. :)
