my height is 5 feet 7 inches and my weight is 132 pounds. ı have a tinny waist and bigger butt and legs. I like hiit also strenght training . Last summer ı walked very much but still ı have cellulite and fluffy legs . However ı hear that ıf ı do hiit or strenght training my legs will be bigger ? ı'm curious and worry about it . are there any person who has any idea about it ?
