FB30 R4 🥳

Day 3: done! Yay!!!

I. Am. Sweating.

This was a week. Things have improved in my life overall and I think I will be able to keep up better now. Sorry if I was a downer.

NSV: I am lifting more than I ever have. I didn’t record my weights the last time I did this program but I’m pretty sure I did most of the of lower impact versions. And at a slower pace. Now I’m keeping up much better! Yay!
