Who’s up for a nice, medium-intensity back and core conditioning workout?
Well, this one is Daniel’s favorite (can you tell by the title?), and we think you’ll like it too:
The routine can be done in parts, to tackle specific needs at that moment, or as a whole, to keep the back and core in good overall condition to better handle the demands that life throws at you.
Using this workout as part of your weekly routine, on top of other training, might help decrease the frequency and level of back pain you experience. The caveat, of course, is that everyone is different, so checking in with your doctor or physical therapist (especially if you have back issues) and listening to your own body is a must.
