New to Plus: 40 Minute Butt & Thigh Resistance Band Workout

Hello again FB Family,

I've just published a new Plus workout - 40 Minute Butt and Thigh Resistance Band Workout + Pilates Blend

This is a great butt and thigh workout that thoroughly targets and strengthens the lower body muscles without any jumping. If you have a resistance band for this workout, you can especially effectively target those smaller glute muscles, but you don’t need any equipment at all in order to benefit from these exercises. On the other hand, if you used dumbbells, a resistance band, and/or ankle weights for this workout, it can be seriously intense.

We start off with a lower body warm up, and gradually move onto more intense glute activation moves. The workout uses a combination of strengthening moves using resistance bands, and Pilates inspired exercises.

Along with strengthening the lower body, building muscle and shape, these exercises are excellent for increasing stability within the hip complex, which also helps to support stronger knees and ankles (all down the chain of movement).
