Lower body HIIT question

Hiya! I hope everyone is enjoying their workouts this week.

I’ve slowly been making my way through fb booty and fb flex combo. I love upperbody strength training but really do not enjoy lowerbody strength. To be honest I’d rather do HIIT instead. So here my question: what would happen (strength and physique wise) if you did lower-body focused HIIT every lower-body day. For example, Mon-UB strength , Tue - HIIT, Wed- UB strength, Thurs- HIIT, Fri- UB strength, Sat- HIIT(or maybe rest day). Would you gain/maintain/loose mass? Would you gain/maintain/loose strength? Would you improve in other areas of fitness? Would you slim down/bulk up/look fitter?

I’m just really curious 😁!

This probably wouldn’t be a long term thing because I’m going to try find a way to enjoy LB strength again.
