Sunday workout complete

Hey fbf. Nice and short exercise for me today. 10 min butt and thigh Pilates workout. I’ve done this one before and felt bad after doing it because I felt that I was doing wrong but this time around I didn’t approach it with that mindset. I approached it as it being a new thing that over time I will get better at doing. Even though it was short I made it through and it wasn’t too bad. I know where I am now and with continued practice I’ll eventually get to where I want to be doing this type of exercise. Workout complete 💪🏾
