Friday feel goods

Happy Friday FB Family!

I’m excited because I’ve just finished filming a tough (50 min+) workout for Plus that I’ve been wanting to tackle for a longtime now! It’s a total body strength routine where the upper and lower body strength intervals are separate. It felt amazing and I know I’m going to have some sore muscles tomorrow, in the best way possible. I was sweating up a storm and my hair looked like I had been doing HIIT by the time I was done!

This week was very active - I did 2 days of the new FB Fit program, some work in our fruit & veggie garden, and a day of rest to save up for filming today’s workout. Next week I’m hoping to again chip away at some of the FB Fit program, and also film at least 1 more new workout (next week I’ve got my eye on a favorite routine of mine for single leg isolation strength).
