I wanted to ask you, if you can, to send positive thoughts this way. I'm not religious but I do believe it can help to think of someone. My dad has been brought to the hospital a while back because he suffered a seizure (it's the middle of the night here). It was horrible to witness this all with my family and I'm very much shaken. Of course extremely worried for my dad's health.
I'm up waiting for news. Going to try to send some positivity my dad's way myself by doing some calm-down yoga, see if that works at all.
Don't know what the coming hours will bring but I can use all the support I can get.
