so today i did Flex day 3(day 2? 😂) and i did the EC first -it was the first time doing chest press-
bowflex weights go up 2.5lbs until 25lbs then 5lbs until 50- then 52.5 - so ive been at 25lbs/hand for quite awhile so i decided to attempt 30lbs!
i could barely lift them(ha!) and i could only do a couple reps- but they thats where you start! - but i did them! 💪🏻
also - i decided to add the 2week Flex plus 2week booty to the end of the 4week program so now i have like a 6 week program!
