How are you all doin on this fine day? How's life treatin ya? What do you have planned for the day? Anything fun? Or even not-so-fun? Maybe just kinda blah? Or maybe on the other end of the spectrum with a super exciting day?

Whatever's goin on in your corner of the world, I hope it's good!

And that includes your workouts! (or rest!) What do you have goin on in that part of life today?

I'm on Day 3 of the 5 Day Strong & Lean Challenge which is this core & HIIT combo: https://www.fitnessblender.com/videos/fitness-blenders-5-day-challenge-strong-and-lean-day-3 . I've been really enjoying doing these 5 day challenges again for the past two weeks (I did the 5 day challenge to Burn Fat & Build Lean Muscle last week). They're challenging (that's why they're called 'challenges', Kim 🤦‍♀️) but still enjoyable. I've sore pretty much every day, but it's manageable. So lookin forward to today's sweatfest!

And of course we gotta talk about some food! What's on the Cinco de Mayo menu for today?

Well, I feel I should make some tacos! Oh darn, twist my arm. It's such a shame. Too bad I love them so much 😋
