Hello all! I know that FB has a Custom Workout feature, but I don't think that'll work for my situation. What I'm wanting to do is save a group of FB videos into a single workout. For example, is there a way to save a specific warmup + HIIT workout + lower body strength workout into a single workout (similar to how you would add multiple workouts to a single day in the Custom Routine's feature)?
