Daily Check-in: Tuesday, May 4th

Hello and Good Morning/Afternoon/Evening, Blenders!

How are you all doing today? How's your week startin off for you so far?

And how are your workouts treatin ya? Are you HIIT-ing it hard? Or slowin it down?

I'm somewhere in between, I suppose! I started the 5 day Strong & Lean Challenge yesterday and wow, that lower body routine for Day 1 is intense. I can't believe it's only rated a 3/5! But anyway, I feel it's effects today, and I'll try to get to Day 2's upper body routine later this afternoon!

And how about something delicious and nutritious planned to fuel your day? What's on the menu, Blendfriends?

I'm afraid I'm serving up another helping of 'I-dunno' today. I rarely know what I'm gonna have for supper until I'm eating it lol.
