MIGRAINES AND UPPER BODY WOKROUTS

Hi all,

I've Googled and pretty sure that I understand the biology about why I end my day with a migraine following an upper body / back workout, but I'm wondering if anyone has any hacks as to how to prevent this? E.g do I humm or press my tongue to the roof of my mouth etc etc. It's reached a point where I dread these days.
