Coming back after ilness

Hey FB-friends :)

After a long 2 week break (flu) I'm starting to workout again. This is only the 2nd time I got sick since I started fitness. The last time I did too heavy things too early... now I know to increase the intensity slowly because the soreness on the first days will be very extreme :) What is your experience after coming back of a flu or a cold? When do you get your "old shape" back?
