Flex Day 1- Complete!

so.. ive only done the main video 8 times in 13 months.. 😂

im keeping track like i was during my class pre-covid at the gym- at the end ill post how much i progressed but after just practicing with my weights last week - i was able to move up 2.5lbs on:

reverse fly, latetal raise, pullovers, 2hand overhead tricep extension and bicep curl!

maybe ill actually feel something tomoro! 💪🏻

i did do the EC since i have the time

tomoro im starting the 2week Abs challenge -i rescheduled the heck out it so its also lasting a month!
