Food for thought

My son has 2 weeks off and I have some days off. During holidays my mealtime routine kind of goes out the window. It is 11.16 (am) here and I've just finished my workout, so now I'm going to take a shower and have brunch I guess, cause it's a little late to call that breakfast.

I'm guessing for a lot of people working from home this past year, this could happen too.

So, today's question is: if your regular routine comes to a halt (holiday, illness, working from home), what happens to your mealtime routine? Do you eat at the same times, do you eat the same kind of food? Do you try to keep it healthy or do you just go with the flow?
