Morning workout complete

Hey all!

I decided to start exercising in the morning again, so Im kind of adjusting with warm ups and very short cardio workouts just to get used to moving.

Even though I felt sluggish and a little sleep deprived (crazy neighbours blasting the trololo remix at night, just why?). I modified to just low impact, didnt want to get too sweaty (or wake the neighbours below) just before I leave for work...

I still walked to the train station and I feel quite refreshed. Typing this as Im having breakfast and soon Ill get to work.
