FB30 week 3 check in - oh no, knees

I just finished an alternative workout for day 17. I hurt both knees yesterday when I went somewhere by bike, pulling two kids in a bike trailer along with me during windy weather. They act up when I make a turning motion (the knees, not the kids). No pain though.

Bummer! I so wanted to do the intense hiit workout, yet I can feel a nagging feeling in my knees telling me I should take it easy to prevent worse. Any tips to not aggravate them knees more? Should I switch to the FB low impact program or just don't jump during hiit and take it easy on squats and lunges? It just feels so weird not to be jumping around and not getting as tired during hiit as I'm used to.

Annnnd for a bit of WOW!... My reach has already increased from -5.3" to -2.3" and I have some toning going on on my arms! I couldn't be happier! (Well, I could be now with the knees and all ;) )
