FB Fit, Round 3 Launches Tomorrow + New Recipes and Articles

Happy May, Fitness Blender family!

We’re very excited to launch our latest full Workout Program - FB Fit, Round 3 - tomorrow.

FB Fit has been one of our most popular series, and we’re sure you’ll find this one tough, engaging, and effective. We cannot wait to tell you more about it tomorrow!

In the meantime, since we believe in comprehensive, well-balanced, holistic fitness, we wanted to highlight some of the other resources we have here at Fitness Blender.
