Happy! Happy! Happy!

My April calendar....finally at the level I was before burnout....doing some form exercise on most days (strength training, power walks with stairs, yoga, spinning and steady state cardio via long casual walking).

I've learned to listen, listen, listen to my body. It wasn't easy at first. How many times did I take one step forward and two steps back!! But it was a necessary lesson. It took me two years and it's paid off.

I've also ditched the scale and am eating more intuitively.

Never too old to learn! 💪😉
