you know its gonna be a good one when you START out with knee tuck jumps!

still cant do lizard hops as fast as fierce daniel over here but i sure did try!

... and yes i did this with my 2.5lb ankle weights! 💪🏻

did the abs with weights as usual!

the time on this was just right too! just enough to get you going for the day!

im getting my Bowflex weights today yay! ill post pics when i get home!
