The look I had when I discovered my much anticipated level 5/5 workout reward disappeared from the kitchen counter. It appears my well earned muffin “accidentally fell” into hubby’s mouth (yup, his words, not mine).
A level 5/5 roar ensued (cue : Daniel’s “I am Khan, fear me” pic...you’re welcome Daniel 😉!). Oh by the way, that was an excellent, thorough workout, thanks D. The HIIT section was lit.
Now to thaw another muffin in the microwave; always have a plan B when you have a muffin thief for a husband who was nowhere to be found. Probably because I kinda looked sweaty, red faced and fierce (like Daniel) after any HIIT workout.
