Just a Thank You to FB

Hi,

I just wanted to say thank you so much to Kelli, Daniel, and the rest of the FB team. I've been very busy recently and I'm not proud to say that I've let my workouts fall to the side, but because Fitness Blender is such a positive place it keeps me coming back.

I just sat through a really long day of school on Zoom and it made me feel a bit sick. I just did a pilates workout and it has made me feel so much better. It doesn't matter that I haven't worked out in over a month, I still went straight to FB because I knew there would be a workout for me at my fitness level right now and that I can feel proud to have gotten my workout in today even if I didn't some other days.

So thank you for everything you do and stand for FB!
