Focus on Showing Up and Pushing Yourself

Focus on showing up and pushing yourself through your workouts.

We constantly highlight the need to listen to your body and modify your workouts based on what you're feeling. This doesn’t mean, however, that you should always dial things back just because things get tough.

Intelligently pushing yourself during your workouts is one way you grow, get stronger, build endurance, and ultimately become more functionally fit.
