New mini resistance bands - how to?

Hi! I've been training with FB for several months and can manage level 5 workouts with relative ease. However, as I've posted before, I feel like my glutes are a a bit neglected and look significantly small if we compare them to my strong and pumped quads and hamstrings.

For my birthday I got myself a set of mini resistance bands - the ones used by instagram influencers to grow their glutes.

Do you have recommended videos for workouts that can benefit from mini bands? It could be from FB or any other online trainer.
