Booty Building

Hi everyone!

So usually a typical glute building workout would include an exercise to be done in 3 sets. Fitness Blender usually only does 2 sets of an exercise.

Would it be beneficial for glute growth to do another round of each exercise, or is 2 sets still okay?

What do you do to cater a workout for your booty building goals?
