Added sugar

Anybody in the FB community, a no added sugar person. For personal reasons I’ve been doing no added sugar, I’m still enjoying healthy carbs, fruits and no added sugar nut butters. I’ve been doing this for about a week, and man is it difficult. I do feel better, have more energy and less headaches. I was wondering if anyone has been doing this for a while and has advise, and tips for life long success! I look forward to hearing from y’all!
