Workout complete

The family that sweats together - stills from our quick hot mess of a fun workout this morning. There’s a lot going on in these pics - Daniel is hanging upside in a yoga swing, is what’s happening there btw 😆

Does anyone else have the experience where they almost skip a workout and then end up having a really fantastic workout? I did that today. I started off sluggish and by the time I was done I was swinging kettlebells, doing weighted steps and all kinds of good stuff. It definitely doesn’t always turn out that way, but I love it when it does!

I’m getting excited - I’ve decided that I’m starting the new 4 Week FBfit Program launching Sunday May 2. We all know it’s going to take me a lot longer than four weeks to finish! But that’s totally fine. This is one of our toughest programs, with our longest workouts. I’m excited for the challenge.
