Push-up Group: Week 16 Check-in

Hello fellow pushers,

how is your week going. Mine finally seems to go back to normal. My work space/ PC problems have been resolved for most part and I was also able to start my physical therapy appointments for my shoulder. At the same time this week I did my first upper body strentght work out in 4 weeks (lifting lighter than I normally would still out of caution).

Since I experience less problems with my shoulder, i am also slowly getting bolder with my push-up training. Did the first knee push-ups this week as part of a workout (just not on training day - maybe I'll do that for today's training??).

So how are you doing? Are you meeting your goals?

Purpose of the group is to improve our ability to do push-ups. Everyone is welcome, wherever your starting point is. Set a goal - for the month or the year, make a plan for your training and go. The group is here to cheer you on.

My personal goal is: to be able to do 10 full push-ups in a row by the end of the year. I am currently able to do 2-3 full push-ups.
