PUSH UPS!

Hi guys,

I'm still here...struggling with push ups!

I've recently discovered the 'negative push ups' on a Plus video - and I wondered if substituting regular push ups for these will help me achieve my goal of being able to do push ups FULL STOP ;P

I once got up to 11 full push ups, but now I've fallen behind and can only do around 5 before having to modify.

Any other advice is more than welcome!
