How do I get started and keep myself motivated?

Hi,

So I’ve dealt with severe depression and anxiety for almost three years, and I’ve now decided to stop on my meds, and so far I’ve had pretty mixed emotions. Been very sad, and it has effected my energy level

When I started on my meds, I started gaining weight, and I’ve gained about 20-30 kg, which has affected my body image a lot.

I’ve tried starting working out and eating healthy, and I find that my energy and motivation just disappears so quickly.

Now I’m considering starting using the Lifesum app that tracks my calorie intake, but I’m scared to weigh myself.

Do you guys have any tips and words of wisdom on how I can get motivated and push myself to do better?
