Change of schedule II.

Well, morning came and my neck is in pain. Apparently my squeezed up pillow doesnt do good to my neck, along with a lot of tossing and turning. I woke up several times this night which happens when Im changing my schedule. So no morning workout, certainly not the planned one.

Perhaps when I come home I will carefully do a posture workout, respecting my range of motion and definitely not push through the pain. Cant turn my head all the way to the left and up, so better go really slowly on exercise.

On a positive note, I woke up quite fresh, so at least theres that. :)
