Change of schedule

Hey all!

Today Ive received an info that I can go back to uni in person! Im excited to get back to my previous schedule, which means working out first thing in the morning while FB Burn is in progress, so that will be a challenge.

Im exhausted today. I didnt do my workout, because I went an hour early to uni and I came back in the evening, tired and hungry, so I decided to rest instead. Tomorrow morning I shall tackle the active-static core workout, and I will let you know how it went. :)

Im very excited to get back but at the same time Im worried about my workouts and feeling tired a couple of weeks when Im still not fully adjusted. Well, gotta take baby steps and maybe take my workouts down a notch for a while. I will still do Burn, I will adjust heavily on busy days though. :)
