Week 15 goal evaluation

Hi all! How was your week? Did you work on your goals, meet any of them, or make changes?

I did all of the above. I tried my headstand and I can still do it, so yay!!

I managed to stay under 1900 cal on average this week, but went over on 3 days (only slightly on 2, quite a bit on 1). I did some researching. I am at a plateau for weight loss at the moment, so I am changing my calorie goal. I will eat at maintenance (about 2200 calories) for a week or two, not sure yet if I want to do 1 or 2, I will decide at the end of the week.

I walked to work twice this week and walked to my mother in law (with my son) yesterday. So I walked 15,8 km this week. I’m at 26 total for this month.

I lifted heavy for all my workouts, I do squats with 9 kg per hand now.

I took pictures today (see comments) to see the progress. Pretty happy about those.

So, tell me, how did you do?
