Just checking in. I did a little shuffling with my calendar, and did Day 22 today, skipping the two planned rest days, since I took one on Thursday. I have a busier few days in the middle of the week so I'm just going to do my rest days then.

Already starting to think about what to do next. I want to do some good hiking this summer, so was thinking of trying to improve my endurance. Thinking about starting C25K, or potentially doing one more 4-week program first. Decisions, decisions...
