Vegan macro trackers seeking your advice!

Vegan macro trackers grateful for your advice! I have been moving towards veganism but have also been increasing my protein intake because of aging and training requirements. Finding it a bit of a challenge- unfamiliarity and lack of availability of some ingredients are my biggest challenges- i.e seitan and tofu not often available where I live- but moving back to a country where these are much easier to find soon. Would be grateful for ideas about high protein snacks as well as meal ideas with 25+g of protein. Might not be able to try some of them for a while but appreciate your suggestions regardless! Thank you!
