Kickboxing is one of my favorite types of training (if not the absolute favorite one :)) I like doing it every weekend as it doesn't leave my muscles as sore as any other type of training (HIIT, strength) and it also give me such a huge energy boost before the beginning of the working week!
Do you, guys, like kickboxing? How often do you do it?
P.S. It's been a while since any new kickboxing routines were released! I hope that one of the next releases will be a new kickboxing workout :)
